Friends and foodies gathered at Steven and Natalie Judelson’s salt farm in Amagansett. The Judelsons have a lot to celebrate. In this, only their second full year of business, orders for their all natural, solar-evaporated sea salt are booming.
Guests enjoyed wine and cheese and, of course, local sea salt in the great outdoors. Farming neighbor Scott Chaskey from Quail Hill Farm invited everyone to gather up some of his garlic scapes from the nearby field on their way out.
In addition to Chaskey guests included Dan’s Papers “Hamptons Epicure” columnist Stacy Dermont and Dan’s “Simple Art of Cooking” columnist Silvia Lehrer, Phil Dobler from Wolffer Estate Vineyard, Ivo Tomasini, Co-Manager of Sag Harbor’s popular farmers market and model Bo Dermont.
