Montauk homeowner Kathleen Vesey Fee sang the National Anthem before a Pittsburgh Steelers game earlier this month.
Ms. Fee, a well known singer in Montauk who has been a singer her entire life, got the opportunity for the gig after she met the teams talent director while watching a game one year ago.
When she heard that she was going to be singing the anthem, she called up voice coach Christine Cadarette at Crossroads Music in Amagansett to train her voice.
During the anthem fighter jets flew by the stadium.
She sang the song with her friends and family watching, who headed down to watch her performance in person.
