Gwyneth Paltrow on Cover of Russian Harper's Bazaar—Seeks Licensing Deals
The Hamptons’ favorite cover girl Gwyneth Paltrow added another magazine to her international gallery of cover shots this week. Harper’s Bazaar put the Amagansett actress and cookbook author on the cover of its July issue.
The shot by Daniel Jackson features a portrait of Paltrow wearing a white floral head piece and veil, but it does nothing to hide her classic beauty. Paltrow was also on the cover of Harper’s May issue, which hit news stands in April. The covers are just more feathers in the local beauty’s cap following her title as People magazine’s “World’s Most Beautiful Woman” in April.
It didn’t seem possible for Paltrow to get any more popular, but her fame is growing by leaps and bounds this year—and she’s clearly ready to take advantage of it. On Tuesday, June 18, Paltrow attended the 2013 Licensing Expo at Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. She already graces a heap of licensed merchandise through her role as Pepper Potts in the Iron Man films—most recently Iron Man 3—but Paltrow appears to be on the hunt for her own licensing and endorsement deals.
For more than 30 years, Licensing Expo has been “the meeting place for the biggest names and the hottest properties in the industry…where attendees will find new properties and brands, see the latest trends in the industry, and initiate licensing deals.” What could be the next property in Paltrow‘s growing empire?
