Mercedes Ruehl, Harris Yulin Star in 'Kingfisher' at Guild Hall

Mercedes Ruehl starred alongside Brian Murray and Harris Yulin at Guild Hall in East Hampton on September 7 in a staged reading of The Kingfisher.
Yulin also directed the play, which was written by the late William Douglas-Home. The reading was presented at Guild Hall‘s John Drew Theater.
Murray is an American Theater Hall-of -Famer. Yulin’s many films include Scarface and Ghostbusters 2. Ruehl, of East Hampton, won the Oscar for for Best Supporting Actress in 2001 for The Fisher King, a film that, despite its similar name, is unrelated to Kingfisher.
