Man, Then Brother, Arrested for Driving Without License
After Southampton Town police arrested a 29-year-old man for driving with a suspended license, his brother drove to police headquarters and was arrested for driving with a revoked license.
Police say they stopped Henri Tigre, also known as Inga Henry, on Sunrise Highway at 5:27 p.m. and found that his license had been suspended 26 times over the court of 11 different dates. He was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony,
Then Tigre’s brother rode to police headquarters in Hampton Bays to inquire about Tigre, who was in custody, police say. The brother was found to have had his license revoked in 2011 for driving after drinking alcohol, according to authorities. He was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor.
