Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr Reunite at Grammys
Amagansett’s Paul McCartney and fellow former Beatle Ringo Starr reunited Sunday in Los Angeles at the Grammys for a performance of McCartney’s new song “Queenie Eye.”
“Queenie Eye” is from McCartney’s album released in October 2013, New. Starr also performed solo Sunday night, with “Photograph from his 1973 solo record, Ringo.
Though the reunion was rumored, nothing was confirmed until they took to the stage together Sunday. Additionally, Starr and Sir Paul received the Recording Academy’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
