The Beacon in Sag Harbor has reopened for the 2014 season and will be open daily with dinner service beginning at 5 p.m. New seasonal dishes will be introduced by Executive Chef Sam McCleland alongside the Beacon classics including: steamed mussels “Beacon style” with garlic, white wine, lemon-thyme, cream and tomatoes; crispy fish tacos with salsa verde, Jack cheese and tomato emulsion; lobster rigatoni with aged cheddar, roasted corn, basil and cream; and oven-roasted chicken with braised shallots, julienne carrots and smoked bacon-pecorino risotto. 631-725-7088. beaconsagharbor.com.
