The prix fixe offers your choice of three courses or two courses (appetizer and entrée or entrée and dessert) from the entire menu with a glass of wine. The cost is $42 person. ALMOND in Bridgehampton offers a new prix fixe from 5 to 7:30 p.m. available Tuesday through Thursday. The three-course menu offers three options for each course, and the menu changes nightly. The cost is $29. Sample appetizers are: warm Amagansett beet salad; herbed goat cheese ravioli; and Wheatberry and broccoli soup with smoked cheddar crostini. Sample entrées include: dock to dish whole roasted Dorade, marinated Sagaponack beefsteaks, grilled pancetta and spring onion toast; roasted chicken with Tom’s red bliss potatoes and green beans; and steak frites. Sample dessert items include: buttermilk panna cotta; and Jen’s peach and ginger compote, pop tart.

CACI NORTH FORK in Southold is open for dinner nightly from 5 to 10 p.m. and lunch on Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. Select menu highlights include: Buffalo milk ricotta ravioli with black summer truffle sauce; grilled rack of lamb with caramelized shallots and red wine sauce; and grilled striped bass with aromatic herb and red bell pepper sauce. THE SOUTHAMPTON GOLF RANGE debuted a new snack bar over the 4th of July weekend, and the gourmet menu will be offered year-round. Golfers and, come winter, ice skaters, can enjoy a full lineup of offerings from Nathan’s—think: hot dogs and fries—Gene’s Famous Sandwiches—Italian heroes, meatball sandwiches, Italian sausages—milk shakes, pizza, beer and wine and Tate’s cookies ice cream sandwiches.
