Brown Harris Stevens Honors Its Top Hamptons Sales Producers
Brown Harris Stevens of the Hamptons recognized its top performers of 2014 during the real estate firm’s annual meeting March 2 at the Parrish Art Museum in Water Mill.
One broker from each of the seven East End officers was awarded.
Amagansett: Phelan Wolf
East Hampton: Martha Gunderson (Five years in a row)
Bridgehampton: Christopher Burnside (14 years in a row)
Sag Harbor: Caroline Sarraf
Southampton: John Vitello
Westhampton Beach: Marcia Altman (perennial winner)
North Fork: Marianne Collins
Christopher Burnside was also awarded the title Rental Agent of the Year.
Brown Harris Stevens introduced an award for the top commercial real estate brokers and presented the accolade to the Tony Cerio and Mitch Natter team.
“I am very pleased to say that we enjoyed an impressive 2014, with a significant increase in sales activity,” said Cia Comnas, the executive managing director of Brown Harris Steven of the Hamptons and North Fork. “We are also proud to have achieved the record sale in North Haven for 2014.”
The sale of the Tudor-style waterfront estate, with an asking price of $36 million, was also one of the top ten sales in 2014 in the entire Christie’s International Real Estate network.
