'Real Housewives of New York City' Season 7 Premiere Has Return of Bethenny and the Countess
Real Housewives of New York City’s seventh season premiered Tuesday, featuring the return of two fan-favorite Housewives, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps and Bethenny Frankel.
Frankel was a main cast member from the first three seasons, then she was absent for seasons 4, 5 and 6, during which time she hosted an eponymous daytime talk show. De Lesseps was also an original cast member. In season six, she only appeared on the show occasionally, though she returns to full-time status for season 7.

Throughout the premiere, de Lesseps invites her fellow Housewives to visit her new home in the Hamptons—though they don’t visit the Hamptons this episode, so tune in next week. Last year, Lesseps sold the Bridgehampton home she owned for 18 years and bought a new house on the water.
Frankel explains to Fredrik Eklund, the real estate agent from Million Dollar Listing New York, that she has a home she loves in the Hamptons, but she is living in hotels when she visits New York City because the apartment she bought is being renovated. She’s with Eklund looking for a new office for her Skinnygirl brand.
