Chef Ron Duprat of Montauk Yacht Club Dishes on Taste of Two Forks
Famed Chef Ron Duprat took the helm of the Montauk Yacht Club kitchen this season. Duprat was a former Top Chef contestant, and he’ll be joining Dan’s Taste of Two Forks presented by Farrell Building Company, held this Saturday at Sayre Park in Bridgehampton with celebrity hosts Katie Lee and Michael Symon; and Dan’s Harvest East End, held on August 22 at McCall Vineyard and Ranch in Cutchogue hosted by Geoffrey Zakarian. Both events celebrate the food and wine culture of the East End, attracting the best of the local chefs and vintners. Here, he discusses the events, and what inspires him in the kitchen.
