The Hamptons season is in full swing with a long list of events and new products to keep us all entertained. Another beach essential—gum. Unfortunately chewing gum has been shown to promote bloating (because of the excess air taken in), which is just about the last thing you want when you’re seaside. Listerine Total Care Mouthwash gives the same fresh effect without the tummy expanding sensation (CVS, 111 Main Street, Southampton, $4.49). Plus it will help fight all the cavities brought on by copious amounts of Sant Ambroeus gelato.
On the fitness front podiatrist Dr. Emily Splichal has partnered with fitness and dance pro Andrea Fornarola-Hunsberger for a fun workshop on Saturday, August 15 with two sessions: 1–3 p.m. and 3:30–5:30 p.m. (Barre Elements Fitness Studio, 66 Newtown Lane, East Hampton, elementsfitnessstudio.com). Guest will leave with beauty and wellness gift bags with items from brands including Dr.’s REMEDY Enriched Nail Care, All Beauty Water and The Solemates.

Besides the ready-to-wear line she makes custom clothing for every occasion.
