Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber Selling Hamptons Home
Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber have put their Amagansett house on the market with Sotheby’s. The 6,061-square-foot home, in the Amagansett Lanes, is walking distance to both town and the beach, has 5 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, a gunite pool and a pool house. The asking price is $5.85 million.
Describing the home as “A charming blend of beachcomber chic and traditional style,” the Sotheby’s listing also refers to it as “magazine quality,” but what else would a Hollywood power couple have?
The master bedroom suite includes a spacious sitting room and terrace in its own wing accessed by a private staircase. At the opposite end, a second staircase leads to a lovely 3-bedroom, 3-bath guest suite atop two main floor guest rooms with a “Jack and Jill” bath.
“At the center of the home, the common spaces exude a relaxed elegance with architectural details for enduring style. A dramatic vaulted ceiling, bluestone fireplace and built-in window seat define the formal living space which flows into a coffered ceiling dining room and on to a sun-lit professional grade kitchen with rich white marble counters and spacious casual dining area. A massive great room with fireplace is the perfect laid-back gathering spot at the rear of the house. French doors invite indoor/outdoor living with access from multiple rooms.”
Buyers will enjoy the outdoors, which features bluestone terraces, separate green spaces and the gunite pool integrated with beautiful gardens and lush evergreens. The pool house has a pergola-covered terrace with outdoor brick fireplace, an interior fireplace, full bath, central air and heat.
The lower level of the main house has various rooms ideal for a media, exercise and games. The home also includes multiple zone heating and cooling, first floor laundry suite, extensive storage, a two-car attached garage and extra parking bay.
Schreiber and Watts have often been spotted strolling around with their children along Amagansett’s Main Street, which is close by.

Let’s hope the couple is simply moving to a different Hamptons town or seeking an upgrade in Amagansett, thanks to the popularity of Schreiber’s hit Showtime drama Ray Donovan.
We’d hate to see them move to Westchester or Greenwich, Connecticut, or, God forbid, make a go at full-time living in Los Angeles or some other spot on the West Coast.
