Hampton Watercraft & Marine Wins Customer Satisfaction Award
Hampton Watercraft & Marine of Westhampton and Hampton Bays has been awarded the Service Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award, as presented by marine manufacturer, Mercury Marine.
For a company to be eligible for the award, they must maintain a score of 92 or better out of 100 in the Service CSI survey, based off customer responses from the past year. The prestigious award makes them the only Mercury Marine dealer in the New York Metro area to win in 2015, as well as the only dealer in New York to have ever received the award.
However, this isn’t the first time Hampton Watercraft & Marine has received an award for their devout attention and commitment for their customers. Since 2004, they have been included annually in the Top 100 Marine Dealers for Boating Industry magazine and have been declared a Five-Star Dealer by Brunswick Boats.
