The shop will serve Aldo’s Coffee, cheese from Catapano Dairy Farm and milk from Goodall Farms. There will be a small area for guests to sit and enjoy their food and coffee, as well as ice cream and gelato. In the summer, owner Anthony Coates plans to bring in live music. He hopes Hudson Market becomes a cozy local touchstone for residents to sample quality local products, or simply sit and take in each other’s company.
