Dan's Rosé Soirée Countdown: Sam Mohan, Saaz Indian Cuisine
Sameer (Sam) Mohan of Saaz Indian Cuisine in Southampton settled into his family’s business in 1995—his father and father-in-law run the über-popular Curry Club in Stony Brook. Sameer and his lovely wife Sonia can often be found at Saaz greeting customers and sharing their love of pan-Indian fare. Sample some of their delicious symphony of spices at two of the five Dan’s Taste of Two Forks events this year—Dan’s Rosé Soirée on Memorial Day Weekend (May 28) at the Southampton Arts Center and Dan’s Taste of Two Forks presented by Farrell Building Company (July 22), now in its seventh year, on Mecox Bay.
My favorite dish to pair with a fine rosé is: Chilean Seabass
