Most of the following restaurants will be participating in the upcoming Hamptons Restaurant Week from Sunday, March 25 to Sunday, April 1. Here is some other news you might find helpful.

Michaels’ at Maidstone Beach in East Hampton, will now be open seven days a week. Dinner will be available Sunday thru Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m. In addition, Sunday brunch will also be offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. For reservations or further information please call Michaels’ at Maidstone Beach at (631) 324-0725.

The Lodge Bar & Grill in East Hampton offers a $25 prix fixe. It is available every night except Saturday and Sunday, when it will only be available until 6:30 p.m. Menu items include pan seared sea scallops with South Fork succotash, bone in cowboy rib eye with mushrooms and herbs, Long Island duck breast in five spice sauce spinach with wild rice and shrimp cocktail with avocado and citrus cream. Wei Fun in East Hampton, offers a 20% discount to customers ordering $20 worth of takeout Sunday through Thursday nights. Call Wei Fun at (631) 329-2600 for further information.

Bobby Van’s in Bridgehampton, specializes in Steakhouse classics and fresh fish. They are open seven days a week for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. A $25 prix fixe and daily specials will be available Sunday thru Friday. For reservations call Bobby Van’s call (631) 537-0590.

Before the Bridge Restaurant in Hampton Bays, serves up a $19.95 prix fixe Sunday thru Thursday from 4 p.m. until close. Menu items include vegetable spring rolls, baked stuffed clams, roasted swordfish, braised deluxe lamb shanks and seared sesame tuna. Call (631) 728-9111 for further information.

Indian Cove Restaurant and Marina in Hampton Bays, serves a Sunday seafood festival for $25 per person. Dinner will be served Thursday thru Sunday from 4:30 p.m. until closing. Call the Indian Cove Restaurant and Marina (631) 728-5366 for reservations.

Westhampton Steakhouse located in Westhampton Beach, offers a $21.95 prix fixe Monday thru Thursday. Menu items include a roasted half free range chicken, black pepper fettuccini, jumbo shrimp served with remoulade and a variety of signature steaks and chops all grilled to order. On Friday and Saturday nights enjoy live music with Ballroom dancing Saturdays upstairs in the loft. For more information call (631) 288-7161.

The Snapper Inn located in Oakdale, offers a $12.99 two-course dinner special every Wednesday night. Dinner is served starting after 4 p.m., and reservations are recommended. The two-course menu includes a house salad and the entrée menu items change weekly. Some past menu items have included roast loin of pork with escarole, sea scallops with Israeli couscous and grilled vegetable ravioli with red pepper sauce. Il Luigino Classico in Riverhead, serves early dinner specials from 2 to 5 p.m. with three-course meals for $14.95. On Friday night enjoy surf and turf for $25. The Bayview Inn and Restaurant in Jamesport, will be serving lunch and dinner seven days a week. Menu items include calamari fritti with baby field greens, New Zealand lamb shanks, fettuccine with giant sea scallops and stuffed chicken breast Sicilian style. Simon Sheridan, chef and owner of Hamptons Exquisite Food in East Hampton, will be appearing at Loaves & Fishes Cookshop in Bridgehampton, on Saturday, March 24 from noon to 2 p.m. Sheridan will be demonstrating how to make unique gourmet fish tacos and sharing his no-fry recipe with customers.
