The Montauk Point Lighthouse Museum and Gift Shop will be open for patrons during the Thanksgiving holiday Friday through Sunday, November 24-26, from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. They will also be open Saturday and Sunday, January 2 and 3, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.


After 20 years of success, the Irish Country Loft at Gosman’s Dock will be closing its doors. To celebrate the season and thank the community for its patronage, Irish Country Loft will hold champagne festivities on Saturday, November 18 from 1 to 5 p.m. It’s closing sale will run now through Christmas, and the Loft will be open every day except Tuesdays, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The High C’s, the seven member a Capella group from Stony Brook will perform holiday carols, and the Lighthouse Dance Project Elves will surely jump-start your holiday cheer with their antics.

The Annual Nick Monte Community Leadership Award will be presented at the end of the program. Hamptons TV will cover the events of the evening.


A suggested donation of $20 dollars for adults and $5 for children is fully tax deductible and will benefit The Mission of Kindness which helps terminally ill children on the east end.
