$5,000 Reward For Anyone With Information Regarding Hit And Run In Amagansett That Killed John Judge
We’ve got to find the person that did this hit and run last night in Amagansett.
The East Hampton Town Police Department’s Detective Division is investigating a hit and run crash that killed a pedestrian on Main Street in Amagansett.
A passing motorist observed a body in the eastbound shoulder of the roadway near a parked car east of Hedges Lane and notified police. The victim, John Judge, 61 of East Hampton, was transported to Southampton Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Detectives believe the vehicle that struck the victim fled the scene in an unknown direction after sustaining damage to the front end in the collision.
