Alec and Hilaria Baldwin's New Baby Rafael Thomas Is Born
The newest baby Baldwin is born!
Congratulations to proud new parents, Alec and Hilaria Baldwin, and their new baby boy, Rafael Thomas Baldwin. The Hamptonite couple made the public announcement of Rafael’s birth around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, June 17, when Hilaria shared a lovely photo of her hand holding Rafael’s on Instagram with a simple caption that reads, “We are happy to announce the birth of Rafael Thomas Baldwin.”
Proud father Alec also shared the photo on his Alec Baldwin Foundation Twitter account, @ABFalecbaldwin, and then retweeted it on his personal Twitter, @AlecBaldwin.
Fans have had a front row seat to Hilaria’s pregnancy as she posted shots of her growing belly on Instagram this year. After 12 months of posting daily yoga poses in 2014 (they were easy to master), Hilaria announced her second pregnancy with her first Instagram post of 2015. Since that January 1 post, @HilariaBaldwin has been all about good vibes, making healthy, positive choices and, of course, her babies—both unborn Rafael (in the form of intimate belly shots and videos) and adorable baby Carmen Gabriela Baldwin, who was born in NYC on August 23, 2013.
Alec married Hilaria in June 2012. He fathered his first child, 6-foot-2 model Ireland Baldwin, 19, with first wife (1993-2002), actress Kim Bassinger in October 1995.
