You have always been active, but proper exercise and nutrition become a challenge as you age and your body’s needs change. It can be difficult to stay committed to a healthy lifestyle. Deb Jensen, PTA from the Ed & Phyllis Davis Wellness Institute at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital, will talk about the different types of activities and exercise modalities that are great for staying actively well.
