Kimchi from the Garden
If you’ve ever wanted to make your own kimchi, this is the workshop for you! Kimchi, made from vegetables and fermented over time, is a wonderfully healthy addition to your table, and can be enjoyed right away or stored to ferment for months. Either way, making it is easy and fun. Join the Peconic Land Trust for this workshop, led by Justin Ruaysamran and Rick Bogusch, and learn the easy steps to creating and enjoying your own kimchi. You will sample fermented kimchi and receive recipes to take home.
