Learn Tog Chöd Tibetan Wisdom Sword

Tog Chöd, rooted in Asian martial arts, is a Tibetan Style sword regimen. This powerful practice taps into and harnesses your inner power. Deriving from principles of Buddhism and Tibetan medicine, Tog Chöd is more than a physical practice. The discipline will foster learning how to avoid distraction by focusing yourself in the present moment.
Described as a fun and energizing practice, this combination of physical and mental training you will:
Learn new methods to confidently manage your response to stress.
Increase your self-confidence, dexterity and courage.
Hone your ability to make quick, clear decisions.

Classes are taught by Joelle Kelly, Certified Tog Chöd Instructor and Tibetan Movement Educator
Classes are 80 minutes – Bring something to drink.
1 Class $60 – 2 Classes $90 – 3 Classes $120

Registration required as class sizes are strictly limited.

There are TWO classes on each of three dates: July 21, July 27 & August 4.
