Learn Tog Chöd Tibetan Wisdom Sword
Tog Chöd, rooted in Asian martial arts, is a Tibetan Style sword regimen. This powerful practice taps into and harnesses your inner power. Deriving from principles of Buddhism and Tibetan medicine, Tog Chöd is more than a physical practice. The discipline will foster learning how to avoid distraction by focusing yourself in the present moment.

Classes are taught by Joelle Kelly, Certified Tog Chöd Instructor and Tibetan Movement Educator
Classes are 80 minutes – Bring something to drink.
1 Class $60 – 2 Classes $90 – 3 Classes $120
