North Fork TV Festival

October 4, 2019, 1 am11 pm.

Join us on October 4 and 5 in Greenport, during a pathbreaking two-day celebration featuring exclusive screenings, panels and parties. We are proud to highlight a diverse group of creators from around the world who are telling compelling stories in every genre with unique voices and perspectives. Our final pilot selections represent the very best of independent television in every genre.
Emmy Award, Golden Globe Award and Tony Award winner Kelsey Grammer will be presented the Canopy Award by previous receiver Chris Noth. Ceremony will feature a conversation between Grammer and Noth with a Q&A with audience members to follow.

Aasif Mandvi will be awarded the Inspiration Award by journalist Donna Freydkin with a discussion to follow. Because inspiration is about the future, the Inspiration Award honors the person who most inspires us to create an ever-brighter future for our global community. The winner’s vision and work inspire buyers, sellers, and other creative professionals to do work that respects and grows the global marketplace for independent scripted TV.

Greenport Mayor George Hubbard Jr. will present Golden Globe nominee Constance Wu with a letter of commendation for her commitment to and promotion of the arts as well as  her work to encourage young people to excel in the arts within the North Fork community. Following the ceremony, there will be a Q&A with audience members, moderated by Cynthia Littleton, Business Editor of Variety.
