Two Exhibitions! “Black & White” and “Michele Francis: Energy Spectrum Series”
MM Fine Art is pleased to present two exhibitions, “Black & White” and “Michele Francis: Energy Spectrum Series”. Both shows will open Thanksgiving weekend with a joint reception Saturday, November 27, from 6 to 8 PM, and will remain on view through December 12, 2021.
Black & White is a group show featuring works by IRINA ALIMANESTIANU, RAINER ANDREESEN, TERRY ELKINS, KIMBERLY GOFF, SUSAN GROSSMAN, NATHAN SLATE JOSEPH, EDWINA LUCAS, MICHAEL MEEHAN, BRIAN O’LEARY, MICHAEL QUADLAND, DAN RIZZIE, GAVIN ZEIGLER, and others.
“Michele Francis: The Energy-Spectrum Series” deals with color – space and the feeling of entering into the painting (another world). Every color gives off a different emotion as does the placement of the color in juxtaposition to the vibration. The Spectrum Series is a dance with color – space and depth.
Michele Francis, born in Boston Mass., went to Parsons School of Design where she began her exploration and journey of capturing the power, the energy, of light and space. Her art is influenced by her life in NY and travels throughout Europe, Israel, Australia, and Chile.
Winter gallery hours: Thursday – Saturday, 11am – 5 pm, Sunday, 12pm – 4pm.
