Visit Catapano Dairy Farm with Peconic Land Trust

Karen and Michael Catapano host a visit to their farm, where you will watch a milking demonstration, taste several varieties of their goat-milk cheese, and learn what it takes to care for goats. Don’t forget to visit the Delicate Doe Goatique to buy your freshly-made goat cheese and fudge, luscious body creams and fragrant soaps.  All children will receive a child-sized bar of their very own goat milk soap to take home.
