Advancing Your Yoga – Strength & Stability in Asana
Advance your knowledge and skill of your optimal alignment by practicing specific exercises within the yogic canon of movement. This will include pelvic floor, core – breath exercises & yoga physical therapeutics. Garner stability and strength through understanding the muscular engagements and major points of attention in a vinyasa/flowing sequence practice.
This moving workshop will be both exploratory and student question driven, emphasizing the fundamental principles of healthy anatomic positioning, and kinetic /breath vitality as a lifelong practice. All levels are welcome.
