Breathing and Movement for Stress Relief

Begin your Friday morning by cultivating space for positive transformation by releasing stress and tension in the mind and body. This stress relief class will offer breathing exercises, gentle movements to encourage relaxation of muscles prone to hold stress and tension followed by a silent meditation. Instructor Jennifer Squires has years of experience guiding community based yoga and meditation classes. Please bring a mat. Sign up is required.
