The North Fork has long been a prized source of some of the East Coast’s most beautiful produce, and is home to chefs and artisans of the highest calibre. Join us as we celebrate the kings and queens of the Long Island Culinary scene, at the gorgeous Poquatuck Hall in Orient, with a multi-course dinner, each course featuring a curated selection of produce sourced from the region’s finest purveyors, including Treiber Farms, Southhold Bay Oysters and Peconic Escargot.
