Lu Jong: Tibetan Healing Movement
Lu Jong is an ancient Tibetan movement practice (Yoga) that combines physical exercise and meditation for the purpose of self-healing.
Simple poses are combined with rhythmic breathing to bring balance to the body and mind.
Appropriate for people of all ages and abilities, Lu Jong gently works the spine to promote strength and flexibility. On a more subtle level, Lu Jong releases energetic blocks in the chakras.
You will massage and open points along the spine.
Activate the flow of energy in your body.
And, cultivate focus and balance.
Joelle Kelly is a certified Tibetan Movement Instructor & Educator
Joelle is also a Yoga Alliance registered teacher with a specialty in Forrest inspired vinyasa.
Charismatic, warm and joyfully grounded she is committed to meeting each student at their level of comfort and ability.
We will be working outdoors – weather dependent. Bring a yoga mat and wear loose clothing for movement.
