Meditative Mind: Dharma Talk & Tibetan Buddhist Meditation with Lama Lhadrun @ ROSS SCHOOL

Ani Lhadrun, from Kagyu Thubten Chöling Monastery, in Wappingers Falls, NY, will give instruction on basic meditation practices and will also expound upon some of the cornerstones of traditional Tibetan Buddhist philosophy.
Ani Lhadrun has been a Buddhist since her late teens, practicing in the Zen and Tibetan Buddhist traditions. She received genyen (lay) ordination from the very venerable Kalu Rinpoche in 1986, and continued her practice while working and raising her four sons.
She received nun’s ordination from Tai Situ Rinpoche in 2011 and then entered the three-year retreat at at Kagyu Thubten Chöling Monastery. Upon completion of her retreat she decided to remain at KTC, where she is a member of the teaching staff.
Lama Lhadrun is a fully ordained nun from Kagyu Thubten Chöling Monastery.
