Science Saturday Workshop: World Water Day
Come learn about water conservation and what you can do to make a difference! International World Water Day is held annually on 22 March as a means of focusing attention on the importance of freshwater and advocating for the sustainable management of freshwater resources. World Water Day 2020, on 22 March, is about water and climate change – and how the two are inextricably linked. Adapting to the water effects of climate change will protect health and save lives. Using water more efficiently will reduce greenhouse gases from treatment systems. We cannot afford to wait. Everyone has a role to play.
