with Instructor: Beth Nehls
In this class students will be able to take advantage of the large tables in the Carriage House, where each person has plenty of room to work on a large painting. Inspired by the colors, shapes, values and textures in nature, students will feel free to experiment with watercolor and may also add other mediums to their work if desired; such as colored pencil, graphite, pen and ink, and oil pastels. Each week demonstrations will suggest various ways to approach a painting as students develop their own ideas; abstract, impressionistic or realistic based on nature.
