Fresh Hamptons in Bridgehampton hosts pizza night every Thursday beginning at 5 p.m. Guests can enjoy a three-course, build-your-own-pie dinner for $18, plus tax and gratuity. The menu includes a side Caesar salad to start, followed by a 12” organic whole-wheat pizza made with organic tomato sauce and shredded mozzarella. Dessert features a scoop of homemade gelato or sorbet. 668 The Gig Shack in Montauk is now serving lunch and dinner seven days a week. The kitchen is open from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and the bar stays open late.
