Dottie Herman and Carolyn Maloney Celebrate Women of Congress

Dottie Herman, the president and CEO of Douglas Elliman, attended a fête honoring the nation’s 81 congresswomen on Sunday. New York City Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney hosted the celebration was hosted at her Washington DC residence. Other attendees included Speaker of the New York City Council Christine Quinn and Lilly Ledbetter, namesake of the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act.
