Christie Brinkley Offloads North Haven Estate for $10M, Bans Peter Cook

Bridgehampton supermodel and actress Christie Brinkley recently sold a real estate holding on North Haven for $10 million, according to Yahoo! Homes, and the buyers are reportedly Stuart Hersch, the president of Cantor Fitzgerald, and wife Marni.
Located at 6 Fahys Road, off Ferry Road, it is a 2.6-acre waterfront property. The house was originally built in 1804, and the listing suggests either fixing it up or tearing it down.
But in a twist, according to Curbed Hamptons, Brinkley included a stipulation in the sale that the buyers may not sell the property to her ex-husband architect Peter Cook or ever hire him to do work on the property.
According to Zillow.com, the property last changed hands in 2007 for $9,990,000, though Yahoo! Home said Brinkley and Cook bought it then for $8.9 million. Brinkley was married to Cook from 1996 to 2008.
