Christie Brinkley Lists Tower Hill Estate for $29.5 Million

Christie Brinkley has just listed her exquisite Bridgehampton mansion, Tower Hill, for $29.5 million with Enzo Morabito of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. She has lived in the home for the last 18 years.
Her 20-acre estate, which is on the market for the second time since she’s owned it, features three separate home lots. The three-story, 4-bedroom, 5-bath main house, first built in 1891, sits on 475 tons of rock, is surrounded by enchanting trees and shrubbery, and has a gated entrance. The home features three stone fireplaces and desert tan shingles neatly lining the exterior, enclosing various windows that allow a bountiful supply of light into its oversized kitchen and double-height great room. The main house also includes a gym, office, multiple living and family rooms, stone terraces and a 50-foot observation tower offering stunning ocean views from above the roof.
The 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath guesthouse has a greenhouse conservatory leading to the backyard with a gated rectangle pool surrounded by stone patio. A spa sits diagonally across from the conservatory, nestled among plants and trees. A barn/artist studio and a 4-car garage are also on the compound.
Within the three lots, sprawling lawns lead to park-like grounds with specimen trees and hidden gems, including sledding hills, gardens, a secluded tennis court and a private pond.

Brinkley listed Tower Hill in 2010 for $30 million, but then she and her family decided not to move. In April 2014, there was talk that Brinkley was once again attempting to sell Tower Hill, but the supermodel dispelled rumors through a tweet.
In 2013, Brinkley sold a North Haven property for $10 million, and she listed her late mother’s Sag Harbor cottage for $2.8 million the same year. Despite selling off her holdings, Brinkley will continue living in the Hamptons, albeit in a different home.
