Hamptons foodies are still chronicling their favorite meals on Instagram this summer, and this week seems to be all about the luscious local lobster.

Chefs, gourmands and restaurateurs have shared some wonderful, mouthwatering images featuring all sorts of lobster creations, including lobster salad, lobster sliders, lobster mac & cheese, lobster pasta, lobster toast, simple clambake meals and more. Of course, as the photos reveal, our famous local lobster rolls continue to dominate as the reigning favorite. But that shouldn’t surprise anyone.
