This week, it’s all about having fun and helping out. Golf fundraisers, plant sales, benefit parties, races, and of course special events for Father’s Day, take these next few days to give back, and have a great time while you do.

Monday, June 13

Masterclass with Joel Smirnoff at The Perlman Music Program
Conductor, violinist and Perlman faculty member Joel Smirnoff will coach chamber ensembles in the beautiful Clark Arts Center on the Perlman Music Program campus. 7 p.m. This event is free and open to the public. Clark Arts Center, PMP Campus, 73 Shore Road, Shelter Island Heights.

Tuesday, June 14

Laughter in the Lobby at Patchogue Theatre
Spend Tuesday night laughing with national headliner comedians Chris Roach and Keith Anthony, and a surprise guest! Hosted by Paul Anthony of the Long Island Comedy Festival. 7:30 p.m. Visit patchoguetheatre.org for ticket information.

Native Plant Sale Fundraiser at SCCC Riverhead
From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. this is your chance to grab some gorgeous native plants. The Long Island Native Plant Initiative has grown more than 30 plant varieties to encourage the preservation of genetic integrity and heritage in Long Island gardens. Ross School Spring Golf Tournament at South Fork Country Club
Starting at 11:30 a.m. head out on the green and enjoy a golf scramble with clients, friends and family. The day includes a buffet lunch and a cocktail reception on the back lawn of the clubhouse. $350. Ross.org/springgolf

Friday, June 17

Moonlight Cruise on the Peconic
Sailing out from Seaside Grill in Riverhead, enjoy sunset views as you cruise the Peconic River. Music, wine and cheese will set the mood for a beautiful and stress-free evening. Visit longislandaquarium.com to find out more.

Saturday, June 18

Navy SEAL Foundation Fundraiser Kickoff Party at Navy Beach
At 3:30 p.m. stop by Navy Beach for live music, beer and wine. Entry Donation required. Visit navybeach.com

Turbo Tri at Maidstone Park
All ages and abilities are welcome to join in on this race, which can be done solo or with a relay team. Take on the 300-yard bay swim, 7-mile scenic bike ride and 1.5 mile run, and then celebrate with dinner and music. 100% of the entry fee goes to supporting 75 girls on the East End as they train for the Hamptons Youth Triathalon. 30th annual ARF Garden Tour
From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. explore the beautiful and elegant gardens of Bridgehmapton, Sagaponack and Wainscott. Tours are self-guided and tickets are $85. Check out arfhamptons.org.

Father’s Day Weekend Whale of a Sidewalk Sale
Local shops bring their sales to the streets for a massive street fair up and down Main Street.
