The Parrish Art Museum will present Vol. 18 of PechaKucha Night Hamptons, with speakers from varied fields giving rapid-fire presentations about living creatively on the East End next Friday, December 9 at 6 p.m. In the spirit of what will surely be another sold out night, take a look at what this cool event is all about!
In this video from PechaKucha Night Hamptons Vol. 11 from March, 2015, Julie and Dan Resnick discuss living and eating creatively with the seasons on the East End, and their unique approach to connecting and inspiring foodies around the world. The Resnicks, who are Amagansett residents and members of both Amber Waves Farm & Quail Hill Farm, grow, cook and eat almost exclusively from locally raised food. They founded their website, thefeedfeed.com, and Instagram (@thefeedfeed) food inspiration community about two years ago in the hopes of putting international cooks and foodies together using the #feedfeed hashtag.
This video is over a year old, but feedfeed is still going strong. The Instagram page now has over 1.1 million followers, and the website is thriving.
PechaKucha Night Hamptons Vol. 18 will likely sell out! For tickets and more information, visit parrishart.org.
