Dan’s Taste of Summer is back for another spectacular season of foodie fun under the Hamptons sun…and stars. Each of these culinary events invites you to sample dishes from top chefs, sip incredible wines and craft cocktails, and mingle with celebrity hosts at the hottest Hamptons venues.

“Everyone’s in a great mood, and we get to eat some awesome cuisine made with local, fresh East End ingredients. I love being part of anything food/wine related in the Hamptons.”
– Bobby Flay, 2013 Taste of Two Forks host

And there’s so much more than just rosé. Come enjoy great local beer and craft cocktails, along with culinary creations of some 20 world-class restaurants from the Hamptons and New York City such as Calissa, Southampton Social Club, The Inn Spot on the Bay, Canal Café, Loaves and Fishes, Kingsley and more—serving up exquisite tastings. The fun continues at the Rock Angel VIP After Party, with more food, drink and live music and dancing. There has never been an event like this to celebrate the start of summer on the East End.“Dan’s Papers IS the Hamptons and if you don’t come out to an event like this in the summer, you really missed out on something special.”
– Pat LaFrieda, Pat LaFrieda Meat Purveyors

The next new Dan’s Taste of Summer event for 2017, Dan’s Corona MonTaco Presented by Don Julio, is a Mexican-themed fiesta hosted by Travel Channel host, author, food & travel explorer Adam Richman, on Friday, July 7 at Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa. Come keep the July 4th week festivities going at the ultimate oceanfront fiesta—an evening of zesty food, top tequila, ice cold cerveza and more as celebrated chefs put their culinary twists on classic Mexican cuisine while overlooking the sand and surf. Local participating restaurants include 668 the Gig Shack, Gosman’s Restaurant, Tacombi Montauk and South Edison—to name just a few. Since nobody ever wants such nights to end, drinks and specialty food will keep flowing and the music will be pumping at the VIP After Party.

You want more Montauk? You’ve got it! Dan’s ClambakeMTK returns Saturday, July 8 to Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa after its sold-out debut in 2016. At this oceanside food-and drink celebration you’ll quaff, savor and dance the night away above the beach—and VIP guests get early access to start enjoying the night first. Yes, there will be incredible clam creations, of course, but this will be a night filled with surf and turf on the menu as chefs from Duryea’s Lobster Deck, Westlake Fish House, Seamore’s, Muse at the End and more showcase coastal cuisine from across the East End and beyond.

“GrillHampton brings together all of the best elements of summer—good friends, leisurely fun and relaxation, as well as iconic seasonal dishes and refreshing drinks, all in a gorgeous setting. Flavor, texture, good food, great atmosphere—we’ve got that.”
– Robert Irvine, two-time GrillHampton co-host and Food Network star

Dan’s GrillHampton Presented by Pat LaFrieda brings the heat to Fairview Farm in Bridgehampton on Friday, July 21. Celebrating its fifth year as the biggest culinary showdown of the summer, GrillHampton once again pits East End chefs against Manhattan chefs in a grill-focused cooking competition and tasting event like no other. Contestants this year on Team Hamptons will include chefs from 1 North Steakhouse, The Beach Club at Gurney’s Montauk, Boom Burger, Grey Lady Montauk, The Restaurant at Baron’s Cove, Ruschmeyer’s, Smokin’ Wolf BBQ & More, while Team NYC will star chefs from hot spots including The Beatrice Inn, Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer, Harold’s Meat + Three, Le Rivage, STK, Shake Shack and Vaucluse.

“This is a really fun event, but it’s very competitive, don’t kid yourself.”
– Chef Alexandra Guarnaschelli, GrillHampton 2016 co-host

“I love food. I like to cook. I like everything about it!”
– Cecil Fielder, New York Yankees Legend, GrillHampton 2015 judge

The gorgeous tent overlooking Mecox Bay will be awash in mouth-watering grilled fare, beer and specialty cocktails, live music, dancing and an impressive panel of celebrity judges combining to make Dan’s GrillHampton 2017 a can’t-miss event of the summer. Past judges and celebrity hosts include Chef Josh Capon, the Food Network’s Adam Richman, Live! With Kelly and Ryan’s Michael Gelman, sportscasting legend Ann Ligouri and Dan’s Papers founder Dan Rattiner. Come hungry and ready to party!

“With so many great events in the Hamptons this summer, this is the top.”
– Chris Wragge, co-anchor, CBS2 News This Morning

I love Dan’s Taste of Two Forks because the East End is the perfect combination of farmer meets food. The people who attend are super nice, very excited to be here and very excited to support it. A great event.”
– Michael Symon, host of ABC’s The Chew and co-host of Taste of Two Forks 2015

The 7th annual Dan’s Taste of Two Forks presented by Farrell Building Company caps the series of fabulous foodie gatherings. This popular summer event celebrates East End restaurants and wineries from both the North and South Fork, with specialty dishes from East End chefs who know and love the ins and outs of local cuisine.

Long Island wineries, East End purveyors and local restaurants such as The North Fork Table & Inn, Amagansett Sea Salt Co. & Mast Brothers Chocolates, American Beech, Arbor, Bistro 72, Buoy One Seafood, Lulu Kitchen & Bar, Navy Beach, The Frisky Oyster, Redbar Brasserie, Scarpetta Beach, Southampton Social Club, Westlake Fish House, Bedell Cellars, Hound’s Tree, Lieb Cellars, Macari Vineyards & Winery, and Sherwood House Vineyards invite guests to immerse themselves in the biggest Dan’s Taste of Summer party of 2017. The event will again be hosted at the gorgeous Fairview Farm at Mecox Bay in Bridgehampton, and a portion of proceeds will benefit AFTEE (All For The East End), a nonprofit supporting charities in the five East End towns. All you have to bring is your appetite—we’ll provide the forks.

“We have the best produce, chicken farms, a dairy farm just down the street, we have the best seafood, vineyards, even sea salt farmers. It’s so fun to come out and celebrate our cuisine. I look forward to this night all summer. I call the East End home, and Eastern Long Island is one of the great culinary areas, one of the best food cultures in the country.”
– Katie Lee, 2016 Taste of Two Forks co-host and Food Network star
