Westhampton Beach Village is much more restrictive of its prized beaches than the other incorporated villages, but if you meet the qualifications, these beaches are well worth a visit.

For Westhampton Beach taxpayers, WHB year-round Renters, WHB commercial businesses, WH ambulance members, WH Fire Department members, and WHB Village employees, free parking permits can be acquired on May 12 and May 19 at Village Hall from 10 a.m.–5 p.m. at Village Hall, and on May 26 and thereafter on weekends only at Rogers Beach until June 24, then seven days a week after that. One picture form of ID is necessary for identification purposes. Year-round renters must have their Westhampton Beach address listed on their license and a winter and current utility bill with the renter’s name and the local address listed.

For non-WHB residents living in Westhampton, Quiogue, Remsenburg and Speonk, and seasonal renters in WHB, $495 season permits can be obtained at Village Hall from May 18–July 1, 4–6 p.m. on Fridays and 10 a.m.–1 p.m. Saturdays. Seasonal permits are sold daily at Rogers Beach starting July 5. Proof of residency is required, a vehicle registration and driver’s license made out to the local street address. Non-residents and WHB summer renters may bring 2 guests per beach pass on weekends and holidays and unlimited guests during the week. Guest fee is $10 per guest per day.

Rogers Beach and Lashley Beach will open on weekends starting May 26 through June 24 from 10 a.m.–5 p.m. The beaches will be open 7 days a week starting June 25 through Labor Day, September 3rd. Non-resident beach stickers may be obtained at Village Hall starting May 18.

Summer renters in Westhampton, Remsenburg, Speonk and Quiogue may obtain beach privileges for a fee of $825. Proof of residency is required, including a letter of authorization from the homeowner, the lease and proper identification. Each authorized renter may bring 2 guests per beach pass per day on weekends and holidays and unlimited guests during the week.

Students enrolled at any Westhampton Beach School may obtain a beach pass for $10 upon presentation of a current Westhampton Beach School ID. Students may obtain their passes at Rogers Beach whenever the beach is open.
