8 oz cream cheese
2 oz Pecorino, finely grated
1 tsp black pepper, toasted and coarsely milled
2.5 oz whole milk
Salt to taste
In a mixing bowl, incorporate all ingredients together until well blended.
Remove and reserve in airtight container.
To serve, spread the dip on a plate or in a bowl and garnish with cracked black pepper on top and fine crackers on the side.
