Hamptons Chefs at South Beach Food Fest

Two Hamptons chefs, chef and lifestyle TV host George Hirsch and Hamptons top chef Joe Realmuto, are among those featured at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival today (Thursday, February 21) through Sunday, February 24. Realmuto is among 40 of the top BBQ chefs. He is preparing grilled lamb loin on a Johnny cake with yogurt BBQ sauce. Hirsch will prepare grilled filet of beef childaquiles.
