STUDY
Finals Cafe
When: June 9, 2:30 p.m. (also June 11, 1 p.m. and June 12, 10 a.m.)
Where: Rogers Memorial Library, 91 Coopers Farm Road, Southampton
What: The end of the school year is rapidly approaching, and that means one thing for high school kids: finals! The Cooper Hall Classroom will be open for kids who need to study for their final exams. Snacks will be available and pizza will be served. Sometimes it’s easier to study when you’re not at home, so this might be a great opportunity to prepare for your final exams in a friendly and productive environment.

CREATE
Tween Maker Club
When: June 9, 3:30 p.m.
Where: Quogue Library, 90 Quogue Street, Quogue
What: Get together after school to create STEM-based projects. This week, bring a T-shirt that doesn’t fit anymore to make a scarf, bracelet, rope dog toy and more. If you don’t have a shirt of your own, there will be a few available at the library. Tween Maker Club is appropriate for kids ages 8–12. Pizza will be provided!

GARDEN
Let’s Get This Garden Started – Planting Party
When: June 10, 10 a.m.
Where: Children’s Museum of the East End, 376 Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike, Bridgehampton
What: Seeds have sprouted and they’re ready to make the move to CMEE’s community garden! Head to the museum to help prepare, plant and water the sprouts for the growing season. Come dressed to get a little messy! This event is suitable for families with kids of all ages.

“Signs” of Summer

What: Learn nature words in American Sign Language. Ashley will teach kids ages 3 and up to speak with their hands and facial expressions.
