Silver Linings Playbook star Bradley Cooper was spotted in the Hamptons over the weekend with an unidentified blonde sporting a British accent. They enjoyed lunch at Rowdy Hall in East Hampton with actor Bob Balaban and his wife on Saturday afternoon. Cooper tried to keep his identity on the down low, sporting sunglasses and a hoodie. The table noshed on wings, clams, salads and sausage.
