HGTV Films Sandcastle in Bridgehampton

HGTV will be including Joe and Kristen Farrell‘s famous Sandcastle home in its upcoming Top Ten Most Outrageous Homes 2013 show. A film crew led by Sara Ivey and AMS Pictures of Dallas Texas, who are producing a number of episodes for HGTV, was at the house on Wednesday, May 8.

The 31,000-square-foot mansion includes a host of outrageous amenities—such as a skateboard half pipe, rock climbing wall, eight-car garage, 60-foot heated pool with underwater stereo system, two-lane bowling alley, virtual golf, full bar, tennis court and combination squash, basketball and racquetball court with moving walls and retractable hoop—and rents for $400,000 per month in summer. Jay Z and Beyonce rented Sandcastle last year.

Both Joe and Kristen Farrell were on the scene during shooting and everyone appeared to be having a great time.
