Ralph Lauren Drives $570K Car in Hamptons

World famous fashion designer and Hamptons resident Ralph Lauren was seen tooling around East Hampton in a $570,000 customized Ruf CTR-3, the Daily News reported Sunday. Ever the fashion icon, Lauren dressed in all black with black aviator sunglasses during his drive.

These extravagant wheels could blow local speed limits away, and outrun anyone trying to ticket you for it, but Lauren seemed happy enough to simply enjoy his weekend and obey the law. Made by Ruf Automobile of Germany, the CTR-3 tops out at 233 miles per hour and goes from zero to 60 mph in 3.1 seconds. The car is based on the Porsche Cayman, according to the Daily News. As can be seen in the photo below, Lauren seems to have a love of Porsches.
