Southampton Youth Bureau announced the winners of this year’s Photography Contest, entitled Street Art.

Westhampton 10th grader Emma Galasso earned first prize for her black and white image featuring a mural of a band. Second prize was awarded to William Broich, a senior at Pierson in Sag Harbor, for his black and white image of the tag “ELVIS” graffitied under what appears to be the Sag Harbor/North Haven Bridge, and third place went to Remsenburg freshman Robert Hinck for his retro looking shot of a skateboard on a local neighborhood street. Both Galasso and Broich photographed actual street art, while Hinck made art on the street, proving that the Youth Bureau accepted all interpretations of this year’s theme.

All submissions will be on display in Southampton Town Hall outside the second floor Town Board Room through July 15.
