Harbor Bistro in East Hampton serves an early-bird, prix fixe menu, Thursday through Sunday from 5 to 6 p.m. for $19 per person, plus tax and gratuity. They are now open Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. New items include: the Mariachi mix, a vegetarian mix made with red peppers, poblano peppers, corn, mushrooms, black beans and chick peas.
